Business Analyst

Analyse customer needs and document business processes, system requirements and acceptance criteria.

Full-time remote work. Availability, scope and compensation will be discussed during the application process.

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops.
• Document current and target processes and operational gaps.
• Write user stories, business rules and acceptance criteria.
• Clarify requirements and review user acceptance results with customers.

Minimum experience: 5 years

• Experience in business analysis and system requirements documentation.
• Understanding of sales, purchasing, inventory and customer service.
• Ability to map processes and write clear Arabic documentation.
• Strong communication and requirements prioritisation skills.
