Key responsibilities and tasks
- Configure modules and permissions against approved requirements.
- Prepare import templates, migrate data and verify results.
- Test configuration and support operational rehearsals.
- Train users, prepare operating guides and resolve go-live issues.
Requirements and qualifications
Minimum experience: 5 years
- Hands-on ERP implementation and configuration experience.
- Understanding of data migration, reconciliation and permissions.
- User training, documentation and support skills.
- Experience rolling out sales, purchasing or inventory modules.
